Exercise Library

1,316 exercises. Every one demonstrated.

What each movement actually trains, how to perform it step by step, what equipment it needs and an animated demonstration of the rep. Browse by muscle group or by the kit you have.

The same 1,316 exercises are in the free GymiaFit app, where logging a set updates a muscle map showing what you have trained this week — and where the free workout library programmes them into complete sessions.

About the library

Is the GymiaFit exercise library free?

Yes. Every exercise page is free to read here with no account, and the same library — demos, form cues and set logging — is free inside the GymiaFit app on iOS and Android. There is no paywall on the exercise catalogue.

How do I know which exercises train which muscle?

Every exercise lists its primary and secondary muscles, and the library is browsable by muscle group. Inside the app a 2D muscle map lights up by the volume you have actually logged that week, so you can see which groups you have been neglecting rather than guessing.

What if my gym does not have the equipment?

Browse by equipment to see everything you can do with what you have — bodyweight, dumbbells, bands, cables, machines. Each exercise page also lists alternatives that train the same muscles with different kit.

Can I do these exercises at home?

Many of them. The bodyweight section needs nothing but floor space, and the band and dumbbell sections cover most home setups. The workout library also has 80 complete home programmes built only from no-equipment movements.
